A judge grants a class action lawsuit against Wal-Mart.
Former Wal-Mart employee Michael Nagy is suing the discount chain, Nagy said he was required to work through breaks without getting paid.
In the 1990s, Nagy had been working in a Wal-Mart bakery located in the Lexington, Ky., area. The Boyd County Circuit Judge's ruling allows all current and former employees of any Kentucky Wal-Mart store, including Sam’s Clubs, to join the lawsuit if they didn't receive breaks from August 1996 until now.
A Wal-Mart spokesman said the retail giant will appeal the ruling.
