Kentucky State Police released the name of the man killed in an accident involving a school bus.
Police said Carole Skipworth was on Kentucky 181 driving an empty bus on her way to the Todd County school district. That’s when police say 34-year-old Millard Johnson of Bremen, Ky., ran into the back of the bus. His vehicle became engulfed in flames and the fire quickly spread onto the school bus.
Skipworth was treated and released from the Muhlenberg Community Hospital. Johnson was pronounced dead at the scene.
Kentucky 181 was completely closed for about five hours due to the collision.
