The city of Bowling Green, Ky., is planning for future growth and they want your help.
A public forum focusing on anticipated growth trends, will be held Dec. 14, 2006, at 7 p.m. at the Sloan Convention Center.
Mike Grubbs, from Citizen Information and Assistance, said there are several different types of growth that Warren County is facing and Bowling Green wants your opinion on how the city should handle it.
“The first step in developing a plan is to know what concerns people have, what questions people have. We’d like input on whether they’d like to see dense development in the city, make sure we’ve developed one area before developing another,” Grubbs said.
There are two future forums planned for January and February 2007. Those forums will focus on traffic issues and how to manage growth.
