If you're looking for something to do during the Fourth of July holiday, this year's Star Spangled Spectacular aims to entertain once again.

Bowling Green's Orchestra Kentucky is headlining the event for the fifth year in a row.

And again, our own Gene Birk will serve as emcee.

The concert will feature plenty of patriotic music, with fireworks immediately following.

This year's show will also feature a special vocalist - the winner of Orchestra Kentucky Star.

The Star Spangled Spectacular will be held Saturday night at 8 p.m. on Western Kentucky University's campus at the Guthrie Bell tower.

The event is free to everyone.
