Three Hopkins county men are behind bars after a traffic stop in Christian county leads to the discovery of several marijuana plants.
Kentucky State Police stopped the men last night around 8:30 after reports the vehicle was involved in illegal drug activity.
KSP searched the vehicle and uncovered 49 marijuana plants hidden in a cooler.
The driver, 57-year-old Larry Harvey, and his passengers, 52-year-old David Harvey and 64-year-old Rance Walker were all arrested.
They were charged with cultivating marijuana - a Class D felony.
The three men were lodged in the Christian County Detention Center.
