For the fifth time in over a month, a cash checking place has been robbed, this one, for a second time.
Around noon on Thurs., Dec. 21, a male entered Cash Etc. on 31W bypass. He was brandishing a small handgun and demanded money. After receiving an unspecified amount of money from the worker he fled the business.
He’s described as a black male, mid 30’s, 6 feet 2 inches tall, 200 lbs., clean shaven, wearing a white dress shirt, dark tie, black pants, black shoes, black jacket and black toboggan.
“The suspect description involved in today’s robbery was very similar to the one who robbed here about a month, month-and-a-half ago,” said Jerry Corbitt, a Bowling Green Police officer. The same Cash Etc. was robbed back in early November.
