AT&T has turned on its 4G LTE network in Bowling Green, bringing its customers the latest generation of wireless network technology.

The cellular company says LTE technology is capable of delivering speeds faster than many other mobile Internet technologies.

Customers must have a LTE-compatible device for the service.

“We continue to see demand for mobile Internet skyrocket, and our 4G LTE network in Bowling Green responds to what customers want from their mobile experience - more, faster, on the best devices,” said Mary Pat Regan, president, AT&T Kentucky.

Bowling Green joins Louisville and Lexington as the only cities in Kentucky to offer 4G LTE by AT&T.
