Bowling Green Police are teaming up with authorities from Northern Kentucky, to identify a person wanted for bank fraud.
Police are trying to identify a suspect wanted for fraud in the Newport, Kentucky area, who uses the fake name, David Caldwell Todd.
He has used addresses in Newport and Bowling Green. Local police
believe he may have some connection to Bowling Green and a Shive Lane address.
He is described as a white male in his mid-forties, 5-06”, 170 lbs., with dark hair and brown eyes.
