A new online survey allows citizens across Kentucky to let Governor Ernie Fletcher know how they think the Commonwealth’s anticipated budget surplus can be best used.
The online survey asks taxpayers how they want to spend an extra $279 million, expected to flood state coffers over the next year.
Fletcher has said he’s planning to present some ideas to the legislature on how to spend the expected surplus during his State of the Commonwealth speech in early February.
You can take the online survey by visiting www.governor.ky.gov and clicking on the “Your Money-Your Priorities” icon.
The survey will remain online through Jan. 25.
