The four candidates actively raising money for the May primary have tallied more than $4 million. A little more than half of that has already been spent and there’s still nearly four months before the election.
Currently, State Treasurer Jonathan Miller, former Lieutenant Governor Steve Beshear and Otis Hensley Jr. are competing for the Democratic nomination. While Paducah businessman, Billy Harper and Governor Ernie Fletcher are seeking the GOP bid.
