There’s been a string of robberies at Bowling Green check cashing businesses over the past several weeks. Now, the person charged in at least one of those robberies has been indicted.
Twenty-eight-year-old Jerry Tyrone Anderson is accused of robbery, tampering with physical evidence and being a persistent felony offender.
Authorities say Anderson robbed Cash Express in Bowling Green on Dec. 21, 2007. He was indicted Wednesday, Jan. 10, 2007 by the Warren County Grand Jury and is being held on a $50,000 bond.
According to the indictment, he was convicted of armed robbery in Georgia in 1997.
