Logan Co. Man Sentenced On Manslaughter Charges
In Warren Circuit Court today, Deshon Marquese Ogburn was sentenced to 15 years for first degree manslaughter, with an additional five years for tampering with physical evidence.

A Logan county man gets 20 years for killing a Bowling Green man over a woman.

In Warren Circuit Court today, Deshon Marquese Ogburn was sentenced to 15 years for first degree manslaughter, with an additional five years for tampering with physical evidence.

Ogburn had pleaded guilty to shooting 21-year-old Christopher Thomas Taylor twice, killing him on December 21st, 2007.

The shooting took place outside Tiffany Neal's home.

Neal was married to Ogburn at the time, but they lived in different cities.

Ogburn will not be eligible for parole until the year 2020.
