Trials Scheduled for Defendants in Murder of Social Worker

Two trials are scheduled for defendants in the murder of a Western Kentucky social worker.

Boni Frederick, 67, was slain Oct. 16, 2006, in Henderson, Ky., after taking a nine-month-old boy for a scheduled meeting with his mother.

The trial for Christopher Luttrell is scheduled for May 22, 2007, and Renee Terrell will face a judge on Aug. 21, 2007. The pair face kidnapping, murder and robbery charges.

According to reports, after Frederick was brutally murdered the child was kidnapped by Luttrell and Terrell. After a three-day- nationwide manhunt for the couple and the baby, they were found in Illinois.
