Fire destroys a home in Warren county this afternoon.
Around 3:30, two separate neighbors in the 100-block of Spindeltop Drive noticed light smoke coming from a home.
After several calls to the fire department, the Browning, Woodburn, Plano, and Alvaton fire units all responded to the blaze.
Shortly after the firefighters' arrival, heavy smoke began to billow out and then the fire inside caused the roof to collapse into the structure.
The home has been deemed a total loss.
Dave Wilkinson, of the Alvaton and W.C. Chiefs Association, adds the home was unoccupied at the time of the fire, so no residents were injured.
Also, so firefighters were injured while fighting the blaze.
