Rev. Gleason Arrested

The Edmonson County Police Department arrested James Gleason for trafficking in a controlled substance and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Edmonson County Sheriff, BJ Honeycutt, said they found numerous prescription drugs, firearms and more than $1,200 in cash in an undercover investigation.

"We have had a lot of community involvement. A lot of people watch the neighborhoods around here. That's good. They called us, the drug task force, we were able to conduct an investigation that led to this arrest," Honeycutt said.

Honeycutt's department was assisted by the Edmonson County Drug Task Force and the Kentucky State Police.
