Residents of about 15 households are still out of their homes after a train wreck in Bullitt County.
Residents are being advised to stay away until the train wreck site is cleaned up. Many of the evacuated residences are without power or other utilities.
The accident happened last Tuesday, Jan. 16, 2007, when a train derailed and caught fire. The fire was fueled by synthetic chemicals.
Workers have removed 2,800 tons of soil from around the crash site. Officials hope to have residents back in their homes by Wednesday, Jan. 24, 2007.
CSX has offered hotel accommodations to the residents.
