The results are back for Mickey Mosher, the woman police say killed two prominent South Central Kentucky businessmen in a June 2006 accident.
Those results say she did indeed test positive on Jan. 11, 2007, for having marijuana in her system.
Mosher appeared in Logan Circuit Court almost two weeks ago for a pre-trial conference hearing and was given a urine test.
It tested postive for marijuana and Mosher was sent back behind bars.
A blood test now back and a test of evidence in Mosher's wallet reveal that Mickey Mosher did show up to court with marijuana in her system and with marijuana cigarettes on her.
She is lodged in the Logan County jail on a one-million dollar cash bond.
Mosher was involved in the crash that killed auto dealer, Cornelius Martin and banker, Brooks Mitchell, in Logan County last June.
Mosher's trial is set to begin on April 9, 2007.
