An update for you in the Ali Carter death.
Carter is the 20 year old WKU student who was killed in an automobile accident in April 2006, when a Bowling Green police officer hit her car while responding to a call.
WBKO talked to the attorney for Carter's family today, Phillip Grossman, who said questions about the accident were given to David Hall on Jan. 24, 2007, to respond to.
One of those questions was whether or not Ali Carter was to blame for the accident. Grossman said Hall responsed that he believed the accident was a result of Carter's negligence.
A deposition, or testimony, was taken last Thursday from Officer Hall. Grossman said that deposition is to become available within the next couple of weeks.
