State lawmakers are gearing up for a big day in Frankfort with the general assembly meeting Tuesday.
Many lawmakers are expecting to focus on the budget with a $260 million deficit.
Education, healthcare, and Medicaid are also expected to be big subjects. The general assembly meets Tuesday at noon.
Gov. Fletcher will submit his budget recommendation January 27.
