Kentucky State Police arrest an Elkton woman this week after uncovering a marijuana grow operation.
On Monday, the KSP marijuana eradication team located marijuana plants growing next to a residence.
The officers made contact with 41-year-old Carla Steeval.
After interviewing Steeval, she was arrested and charged with cultivation of marijuana, more than five plants, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and drug and paraphernalia possession.
Steeval was lodged in the Todd County Detention Center.
