A Bremen man is dead after a fatal accident on Kentucky 70 in Muhlenberg County early Wednesday morning.
Forty-two year old Billy Stogner was operating a 1985 International Harvester utility-type truck Eastbound on Kentucky 70 in Midland.
Police say for an unknown reason the vehicle dropped off the right shoulder of the road.
Stogner over corrected causing the vehicle to cross both lanes.
It exited the left shoulder, became airborne, and continued through a yard hitting two trees.
Muhlenberg County Coroner Tony Armour pronounced Stogner dead at the scene.
He wasn't wearing a seat belt.
