A volunteer firefighter is in the hot seat after his arrest in connection with an Ohio County fire.
Anthony Marshall of Horse Branch has been charged with second degree arson. Marshall had been a member of the Rosine Volunteer Fire Department. Roger Dale Embry of Caneyville was also indicted.
They’re accused of setting the fire that destroyed a home in Horse Branch on Jan. 12, 2007.
Ohio County Sheriff Elvis Doolin owns the property and reports the rental house was vacant at the time. Both men are currently lodged in the Ohio County Detention Center.
