Check Out This Year's Home Expo

If you’re building, remodeling or just looking to update your home, everything you would possibly need is now in one place. The 26th Annual Builders Association Home Expo is now open.

From the outside to the inside, there are more than 100 home improvement booths in one place. With a lot of hands on exhibits, the Home Expo is also meant to be an educational tool for consumers.

“You don’t have to drive all over town to do things if you’re building or remodeling or whatever you can do some comparison shopping and things within one roof,” said Kathy Collier, Home Expo Chairman.

The crew from WBKO will be out there all weekend giving away goodies. We’ll also have information on the different services we provide. Our weather team will be programming weather radios and if you need to get a weather radio you can buy one there.

The doors to the Builders Association’s Home Expo are open at the Sloan Convention Center until 9 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 23, 2007.

Saturday, Feb. 24, the doors open at 10 a.m. and close at 8 p.m. and on Sunday, Feb. 25, the Expo will be open from 12:30-5 p.m. Admission is $7 and children under six are free.
