The Warren County Sheriff's Department said 32-year-old Amy Nun, was arrested around 5:30 p.m. today, March 2, 2007, on the Natcher Parkway.
Nunn is accused of capitol murder and tampering with physical evidence in connection with the January 2007 shooting death of her husband in Glasgow, Ky.
Glasgow police said 36-year-old Joseph Nunn was killed on Jan. 2, 2007 at his home on Green Acres Drive. He was killed from three 22-caliber shots to the back of his head.
Police were responding to a call of a burglary in progress. Nunn's wife and children were there at the time of the shooting.
Amy Nunn was apparently not considered a suspect at the time. In fact, Amy Nunn reported head injuries to police but was not treated.
Late this afternoon Amy Nunn's vehicle was pulled over in an attempt to locate a reckless driver. After checking her vehicle registration they found she was wanted for murder. She is now awaiting extradition to Barren County to face charges.
