Former Firefighters Charged With Arson
Four former firefighters from Central Kentucky have been charged with arson after a series of fires at barns and abandoned buildings in the last two years.

Four former firefighters from Central Kentucky have been charged with arson after a series of fires at barns and abandoned buildings in the last two years.

Grand Juries in Boyle and Marion Counties handed up indictments related to 10 fires in the two counties during a period from May 2008 through June 2009.

In Boyle County, 19-year-old Stephen Orberson of Gravel Switch was charged with seven counts of arson, 22-year-old Melinda Orberson of Perryville with five counts, 24-year-old Robert Tate of Perryville with six counts, and 21-year-old Frederick Tate of Harrodsburg with two counts.

No initial court date was set.
