Amy Nunn's Bond Hearing

Amy Nunn's bond was lowered from $250,000 to $100,000 in Barren Circuit Court on March 9, 2006.

Amy's family says they can come up with the $100,000 in property and cash.

Under the agreement, Amy will be fitted with an ankle bracelet. Her movements will be restricted to her parent's home, work, church, court, and taking her children to and from school.

Glasgow police say Joseph Nunn was killed January 2, 2006 at his home.

He died from three gunshots to the head.

At the bond hearing, Barren County Commonwealth's Attorney, Karen Davis wanted to make sure Amy would not be a flight risk if her bond was lowered.

Davis also asked the judge if Amy's bond was lowered that she be fitted with an ankle bracelet, surrender her passport if she has one, and that the judge set conditions for her release. The judge agreed.

Amy's father says he's relieved her bond was lowered because the family can come up with $100,000.

Nunn's final pretrial conference is set for June 18 at 3:00. Her trial is scheduled for June 26 at 9:00.
