For the past year, Rusty has lived at a facility with 95 other young boys. He says his friends there would describe him as funny and interesting.
Rusty is a fan of the Kentucky Wildcats and he also likes to play basketball.
In the future, Rusty wants to join the Army to be a military police officer or maybe a chef.
