Two people recover from serious injuries after a motorcycle crash and the driver is also facing DUI charges.
Forty-five-year-old Timothy Settle of Elkton lost control of his motorcycle on Kentucky 507 last night, Tuesday, March 13, 2007. He ran off the road, throwing himself and his passenger, 41-year-old Sue Scott of Hopkinsville, from the motorcycle.
Scott was life-flighted to Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville. Settle was transported to the Jennie Stewart Medical Center, where he was cited and released to the E.R.
Settle faces charges of aggravated DUI and no motorcycle operator’s license. Neither rider was wearing a helmet.
