Three men plead guilty in the case of a Hart County triple shooting and charges are dropped against another.
According to the Glasgow Daily Times, 21-year-old Christopher Maxey, 22-year-old Adrian Boyd and 18-year-old Chadmon Nuckels pled guilty to wanton endangerment in Hart Circuit Court. Charges were dropped against a fourth man arrested in the shooting; 21-year-old Corey Ford.
The shooting happened at the intersection of Walnut and Smith Streets in Horse Cave in October 2006. Three victims, Radford Graves, Tasha Glass and Brittany Catalino were flown to the University of Louisville Hospital with injuries.
Maxey was sentenced to 12 months in jail but was conditionally discharged for two years. Nuckels faces 12 months in jail with two years probation. Final sentencing for Boyd will be held April 3, 2007.
