Three Northern Warren County residents are dead following an early morning fire Monday.
By the time the Richardsville Fire Department got to the scene on William Simmons Road, the doublewide mobile home was fully engulfed.
The three people living there, 56-year-old Robert miller, his wife, 53-year-old Judy Miller and her sister, 53-year-old Billia Faye Coulter, were all pronounced dead at the scene.
Warren County Deputy Coroner Dwayne Lawrence tells us a female made the 911 call and told dispatchers her stove was on fire. Family members think that must have been Judy. She was advised to get out of the house, but she never made it.
Friends and family tell us Robert Miller had health problems and was restricted to a wheel chair. They also say Billia Faye Coulter was mentally handicapped. Both were being cared for by Judy Miller.
The arrangements for the Millers and Billia Faye Coulter are being handled by the Broadway location of J.C. Kirby and Sons Funeral Chapel.
