The tax man is just around the corner, but if you haven't filed just yet, don't worry, you still have a little time left.
If you qualify, you can file electronically by phone or on-line, or you can mail them in the old fashioned way; just make sure they are post-marked before the filing deadline on April 15.
If you can't make the deadline, make sure you file your extension by then, but take note, filing an extension only gets you extra time to file. It does not give you extra time to pay what you owe. If you don't pay by the filing deadline, you will be charged interest and penalties as well.
To find out if you qualify for electronic tax filing, or to start your e-file by phone, call 1-888-796-1074 or log on to www.irs.gov and click on the "free file" link at the top of the page.
