Officials determine the cause of a January train crash just south of Louisville, Ky.. A CSX spokesman said a broken bolt caused the derailment.
The smoke and fire from the accident forced more than a dozen families out of their homes for more than a month.
Some cars involved in the January 16, 2007, derailment, were carrying chemicals.
The fire burned for several days and released toxic smoke.
