The trial date is set for a Bowling Green man charged with the murder of his own two-month-old daughter.
Twenty-one-year-old Jeffery Lemont Peters, will go on trial in Warren Circuit Court on August 21, 2007.
Peters is accused of intentionally causing the death of his baby daughter, Amaya, last April.
Police said Peters confessed to injuring the infant when he became frustrated with her crying in their home on Barnwood Court.
Amaya died in Vanderbilt Hospital April 17, 2006, from a fractured skull and bleeding on the brain. Peters' bond is set at $250,000.
