The Southern Kentucky Performing Arts Center moves a bit closer to reality today.
Later this morning, officials will break ground on the SKyPAC property. It's located on College Street between Sixth and 7eventh. Shovels will hit the dirt at 10:00 am.
The event is open to the public.
