I am a disabled veteran. I have severed in afghanistan 15 months boots on ground. I am still seeing that the military is putting people in officer's slot's. The officer's who are in charger of most people, and yet never been to a war zone. Never been under pressure, never had to see live's being destroyed, never seen their soldier's lose their live's in front of them. And yet the military think's it's ok to put these people in a leadership postion. My fellow commrade's never had a chance. The military say's they do backround check's, well someone is not doing their job. When i was over sea's, I was with other soldier's that should not have been over there, because of their run in's with the law and their past was worse. The military is hurting for soldier's. I understand, but do not put other soldier's live's in the fire just to get a few more people. We (the soldier's) are suppose to be defender's of freedom. We come home from a war zone, we should not have to worry about being home.
