A registered sex offender, who was recently arrested after following a Barren County school bus, is behind bars again.
The Barren County Sherriff’s Department arrested Norman Taylor of Glasgow, back in March 2007.
Taylor was charged with stalking for taunting and making gestures toward students riding a school bus on several occasions.
Dean was in court today facing a motion filed by Commonwealth Attorney Karen Davis to revoke his three-year conditional discharge.
Taylor served around six years in the penitentiary for child sexual abuse charges and began his three years of supervised conditional discharge when he was released September of 2005.
After hearing from both sides, a Barren County Circuit Court judge determined Taylor had violated the terms of his release and ordered that he serve the remainder of his three-year discharge period in the penitentiary.
