The charges stem from the September 11 shooting death of Nunn's former fiancee, 29-year-old Amanda Ross, outside her Lexington home.

Nunn was arrested in a Hart County cemetery the day of Ross' death.
Police found him with apparently self-inflicted wounds.

Fayette Circuit Judge Kim Bunnell read the charges against Nunn in open court today.

The son of former Republican Governor Louie Nunn pleaded not guilty to the charges.
