It's a 2,000,000 gallon water tank for the Warren County Water District.

We sped up the videotape to show you how it was erected Tuesday.

It's expected to increase overall system capacity, provide more constant water pressure, and will enhance fire protection.

It cost $3,300,000 to build, but officials say customers' rates will not go up.

"Because we were able to get grant funding from the 2008 state legislature," said WCWD General Manager Alan Vilines, "we're able to make these improvements without increasing rates to our customers."

Vilines also says the new pump station for the water tank will reduce energy consumption drastically.

Construction on the water tank began last January, and it's to be in full operation by this January.
