The March of Dimes Foundation says every week in Kentucky, 165 babies are born too soon.
And the organization cooked up a great way to raise awareness and money at the first annual Chefs Auction.
There's lots of food at the National Corvette Museum as Chefs prepare a gourmet feast to benefit March of Dimes research.
Fida Georges, a mother of twins, knows all too well the complications that come with premature babies. "I got to see what it's like firsthand to have premature babies, my boys were born two months premature and it's very challenging time in anyone's life and it's very exciting to come here tonight and see people get together to raise money to help fight the causes of premature births," said Georges.
A silent and live auction along with ticket sales will raise money for research.
