This morning was Crusin' For A Cure's Walk to Cure Diabetes.
At the Hot Rods Stadium, walkers were celebrating raising $70,000 for juvenile diabetes research this year.
It's the second year they've had the walk, and this year they made more money than the $65,000 from last year.
"Everything that we raise goes directly to diabetes research. It's a volunteer-driven organization and volunteer-driven walk -- so much support in Bowling Green and surrounding areas and it really makes this walk possible. So we're thrilled to be here, and we're thrilled with all of our families and sponsors and supporters," said Tara Denham, the special events manager for JDRF.
She said about 500 people walked a mile with their teams in the stadium today.
