The Warren County Downtown Economic Development Authority held a "special call" meeting this afternoon.
Among the items discussed was a home near 13th and Center Streets.
Some say the home has historic value and members of the Historic Preservation Board want it either moved or preserved in the TIF District.
The cost of moving the house would be more than $100,000.
Board members agreed to chip in the $7,500 it would cost to tear it down.
