A Fruit of the Loom employee has died one week after being injured on the job.
Fruit of the Loom spokesman John Shivel confirmed the employee died early April 16, 2007.
The victim's name still has not been released.
Shivel said the man was flown to Vanderbilt Hospital one week ago after being injured at Fruit of the Loom's Bowling Green Distribution Center.
Shivel said the employee was operating a machine similar to a forklift when he struck a pallet and objects fell on top of him.
