Local H.S. Marching Band To Play in Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade
They have a long-winning record, and now the Adair County High School Marching Band heads to New York for a once in a life-time opportunity.

They have a long-winning record, and now the Adair County High School Marching Band heads to New York for a once in a life-time opportunity.
The band will play in the Macy's Thanksgiving day parade.
The band director says it was a tough process but a huge honor to be selected.
The band director, Tim Allen, says they were up against a few hundred other bands from all across the country.
"Over 200 bands applied for the opportunity to march in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade and we were selected as 1 of 10 bands that will be performing there thanksgiving day," said Allen.
Even some alumni will join to march with the band which has put in over 50 hours of practice.
