Members of Western's sororities and fraternities gathered in Fountain Square Park on Saturday for the first ever greek "Jamfest".
"Jamfest" is a concert featuring local bands, along with other activities.
All proceeds from the event go directly to the American Cancer Society and will be earmarked for breast cancer research and awareness.
"I think it's important that we give back to the community. There's so many times that we network and use the community for our events so it's important to get out here and show Bowling Green and the American Cancer Society we care about them", says Event Coordinator, Jeanne Johnson.
The greek students raised over $4,000 dollars for the American Cancer Society.
