The man once accused of raping and killing a Western Kentucky University student will be back in court this week, after a woman filed an Emergency Protective Order against him.
Lucas Goodrum was found not guilty in March 2005 for the death of Katie Autry, who was raped, sodomized and set on fire in her dorm room in May 2003.
In another case, an EPO has now been filed against Goodrum in Simpson County. He will be in court April 24, 2007, at 11 a.m.
