A Bowling Green resident said the noise level near his apartment is getting too loud and he wants something done about it.
Max Harlin claims blaring music sometimes rattles the window panes of his downtown Bowling Green apartment.
He said the city noise ordinance needs to be enforced so he and the rest of the community can have some peace and quiet.
“Thunderous bass, rattling window panes - shook me from my bed,” Harlin said.
Bowling Green police officer, Barry Pruitt said citations have been issued for violating the noise ordinance on a regular basis.
The ordinance states if your music can be heard more than 100 feet away you could be issued a noise violation.
