Fletcher to maybe pay for air travel

According to a published report, Kentucky's governor may be required to pay for his political flights on state aircraft. This despite claims by his campaign that the matter is not addressed by state law.

During the past three years Fletcher has taken at least 21 trips in which he combined official business with political fundraisers.

According to the Courier-Journal, the governor used state helicopters and airplanes at least 15 times for the trips.
