Kentucky State Police responded to a call of a shooting at the Plum Springs Mini-storage in Warren County.
They found Christopher Blevins lying in the driveway. Blevins had been shot twice. He was transported to the Medical Center where he was treated and interviewed.
After hearing his statement and witness interviews, police are searching for the alleged shooter, 20-year-old Andrew James Parks.
Parks is a white male, six-foot- three, 175 pounds, with hazel eyes and brown hair. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, blue jeans, and a tan ball cap.
He fled the scene in a stolen green and silver Chevrolet pickup with walking horse stickers on the back glass. The truck was last seen heading south on Louisville Road into the Bowling Green area.
Parks may possibly be accompanied by a female juvenile, who is listed as a missing person from the Fayette County area. She is a 14-year-old white female, five-foot-five, 108 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair. She was last seen wearing a peach shirt, light blue jeans, and boots.
