The suspect, Andrew J. Parks, was arrested today without incident in Madison County, Ind., around 2:30 p.m. EST.
He is awaiting extradition back to Kentucky. No further details are being released at this time.
Police said the man responsible for a shooting in Plum Springs on May 1, 2007, has been added to Kentucky's Ten Most Wanted list.
Twenty-year-old Andrew James Parks who is believed to be armed and dangerous shot Christopher Blevins at a mini-storage unit in Plum Springs, according to state police.
Blevins is now out of the hospital recovering from his injuries.
Parks is a white male, 6-foot-3, 175 pounds, with hazel eyes and brown hair. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, blue jeans and a tan ball cap. He fled the scene in a stolen green and silver Chevrolet pickup with walking horse stickers on the back glass.
Parks may possibly be accompanied by a 14-year-old girl who has been listed as a missing person from the Fayette County area for the past three weeks.
