New Hope Construction builds homes for disaster relief as well as homes for low-income families.

Linda Osborne said she can now rest at night knowing her parents, James and Leonia Mallard, have a new safe and warm place to call home.

"My mom and dad have had a real hard time, and I just think they really deserve to have a place they can live their final days in," Osborne said.

Osborne also said she is so thankful for Russell Meade, the CEO of New Hope Construction, and his vision to help the elderly like her parents. She said she was amazed by the community's involvement to see this project through.

"It's just amazing to me that there's still people with that much in their hearts and that much caring for other people that they will take time form their family to help people that desperately need a wonderful home," Osborne said.

Osborne also said you could not find two people more appreciative then her parents for this home.

"This might not seem like much to a lot of people but this is a mansion to them," she said.

New Hope is a Christian non-profit organization and in it's first 10 years of existence has provided over 600 homes to low income families.
